| ObjectiveThrough the cross-sectional research, testing of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in the pathogenic factors and using Professor Wang Qi's "TCM physique classification and judgement table" on the NAFLD patients to iditify their physique, comparing the differences between each physiques on the blood pressure, body mass index, fasting glucose, uric acid, triglycerides, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, AST, ALT, and different physical severity of fatty liver group, find out predisposition of NAFLD, and proposeing a reasonable control measures.MethodsOf May 2010 to February 2011 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Center of Medical examination, samples were collected 230 cases, including 138 cases who meet diagnostic criteria for NAFLD,92 cases of non-NAFLD, by multivariate logistic regression analysis testing the NAFLD-related factors. Classifying the physique of NAFLD patients With Professor Wang Qi's "TCM physique classification and judgement table", comparing the differences between the physical type of blood pressure, waist hip ratio, body mass index, fasting glucose, uric acid, triglycerides, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, AST, ALT.The results of the measurement data are described with mean±standard deviation (x±s), and statisticsed by independent sample t test, compared among groups using analysis of variance comparison. Count data using x2 test, the rank material uses the Kruskal-Wallis H test. P<0.05 indicated significant difference. To identify the institutional characteristics and Biochemical differences of NAFLD patients, to Guide the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.Results1. With the logistic regression analysis, NAFLD correlated with SEX, BMI, FGB, TG, LDLC, UA. Female is a protective factor, the rest are risk factors. NAFLD have no correlation with SBP, DBP, TC, HDLC.2. According to moderate fatty liver in proportion in the group, Sorting by high in the end, phlegmy wet Constitution group (46.15%), hot and humid Constitution group (36.37%), gentle Constitution group (21.43%), Yin deficiency Constitution group (14.29%), Qi deficiency Constitution groups (11.76%), with the Kruskal-Wallis H test, the degree of fatty liver among the groups were significant difference P<0.05.3. Compared by analysis of variance:①BMI:phlegmy wet Constitution group 27.74±1.80 kg/m2, hot and humid Constitution group 27.79±1.41 kg/m2, were higher than patients with other groups(P<0.05), there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).②SBP and DBP:Qi deficiency Constitution group have significant difference with gentle Constitution group (P<0.05), Qi deficiency Constitution group have significant difference with Yin deficiency Constitution group in DBP. (P<0.05).③HDLC:gentle Constitution group is the highest, and hot and humid Constitution group are lowest, and both groups have significant difference with gentle Constitution group (P<0.05).④TG:phlegmy wet Constitution group is the highest, and have significant difference with yin deficiency group, gentle Constitution group, Qi deficiency Constitution group (P<0.05), hot and humid Constitution group have significant difference with gentle Constitution group(P<0.05).⑤TC: gentle Constitution group and phlegmy wet Constitution group are highest, hot and humid Constitution group is lowest and has significant difference with each of the both groups (P<0.05).⑥There are not significant difference between each group in LDLC, FGB, UA.4. Compared by analysis of variance ALT, yin deficiency group is the lowest and has significant difference with the gentle Constitution group, phlegmy wet Constitution group, Qi deficiency Constitution group (P<0.05), hot and humid Constitution group and gentle Constitution group has significant difference (P<0.05). Compared by analysis of variance AST, Yin deficiency Constitution group has significant difference with gentle Constitution group, Qi deficiency Constitution group(P<0.05), hot and humid Constitution group has significant difference with gentle Constitution group and Qi deficiency Constitution group (P<0.05)Conclusion1. SEX, BMI, FGB, TG, LDLC, UA associated with the pathogenesis of NAFLD, and female is a protective factor, the rest are risk factors. SBP, DBP, FGB, TC, HDLC have not correlation with the incidence of NAFLD.2. There are significant difference between gentle Constitution group, phlegmy wet Constitution group, hot and humid Constitution group, Qi deficiency Constitution group, Qi deficiency Constitution group in the degree of fatty liver, phlegmy wet Constitution group and hot and humid Constitution group are heaviest, yin deficiency group is lightest, suggesting that "sputum"and"wet " play an important role in the course of the disease.3. phlegmy wet Constitution group and hot and humid Constitution group have the highest level on BMI,TG. In line with the explanation of "sputum" and"wet" is important factor in the course of NAFLD and speculating that phlegmy wet Constitution and hot and humid Constitution may be the susceptible Constitution of NAFLD. |
