In the treated group, the time of using tourniquest technology was lower than the control group, but the total losing blood was not significant defference(P>0.05);3. In the two groups, the lower limb weeks diameter was not significant defference before operation(P>005); But in the treated group, the lower limb weeks diameter in the 1st day,in the 3th day was significant defference than those in the control group at the same day after operation (P<0.05); 4. In the treat group, the lower limb swelling degree in the 1st day,in the 3th day was significantly lower than those in the control group at the same day after operation (P<0.05)ConclusionHalfway tourniquest technology will not increase total blood loss, but will reduce the complications of tourniquest technology and improve the early postoperrative clinical effect.
