About Studt Of Emergency Management System Of The Public Health Events Of Hohhot

At present, the emergent public health events are facing severe situation in our country. On the one hand, all kinds of emergent public health events were happening frequently all the time, on the other hand, natural and social factors on the occurrence of emergent events has important influence. Based on the severe situation of the emergent public health events, besides the variety and unpredictability of the emergent public health events, so how to deal with events timely and scientific to minimize the dangers of events is a vital task and severe challenge.This article is started with introducing the connotation of the emergency management of public health events, also introducing the meaning of reaching and perfecting the emergency management system of public health of Hohhot. Then analyzing and summarizing the reality and problems of the emergency management system of public health events of our country especially Hohhot. In addition, compared ours emergency management system with United States, Britain and Japan's, based on the successful experiences of the three countries, presenting my superficial suggestion of constructing Hohhot's emergency management system of dealing with emergent public health events. The suggestions as follows:the first one, reinforcing construction of emergency management system of public health events and enhancing ability of decision-making; the second, perfecting the work mechanism of the monitoring and warning, departments linkage, information transmission of emergent public health events, improving emergency response and department cooperation ability; the third, reinforcing the construction of emergency talent team and playing nongovernmental organizations and social forces in crisis response in the role to enhance the ability of dealing with emergent events; the fourth, perfecting health emergency management system and improving scientific, timeliness and effectiveness of dealing with emergent events; the last one, establishing mechanism of inputting funds and Implementing material storage system to ensure health emergency work carried out smoothly.I selected emergency management system of dealing with public health events as this article's research direction, in the meantime used the public management, public policy and other theories in this article. Besides, I also used comparison research method. All that what I discussed in order to explore and speed up establishing our city's unified, high-efficiency and authoritative emergency management system of public health events, which may make dealing with emergent public health events will be conducting more standard, orderly and high-efficiency. Ultimately, minimizing injuries and deaths and losses of assets which caused by diseases, maintaining normal social order, and promoting society and economy developing coordinately has practical significance and research value.
