1. Objectives: To study the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of primary gastric lymphoma (PGML) to reduce the misdiagnosis rate, and improve diagnosis and treatment of disease.2. Materials and Methods: 41 cases of primary gastric lymphoma pathologically confirmed clinical datas were analyzed.3. Results: The patients were without specific symptoms, mainly abdominal pain and discomfort, melena and acid regurgitation, belching, anemia, weight loss, etc. This group of 41 cases, chemotherapy alone in 3 cases, 31 cases of surgical treatment, surgical resection rate was 100% Combined with chemotherapy after surgery in 26 cases, the total 5-year survival was 63.4%.4.Conclusion:No specific clinical manifestations were found in PGML. It's difficult to identify from gastric cancer, gastritis under the naked eye gastroscopy . Deep drawn for many times with immunohistochemistry can improve the diagnosis rate.The image had a certain characteristics. Treatment was varied, but surgical treatment was the main method.
