The Study Of The Change And Development Of Citrus Aurantium And Citrus Aurantium With Cultivated Varieties And Clinical Effect

Zhishi(fructus aurantii immaturus)and Zhike(fruit of trifoliate orange)are used as the qi-regulating drug commonly in the clinical history. In the modern researches,the main plant source of Zhishi had been poncirus trifoliata which belong to Poncirus Rafin of Rutaceae since the time of Shennong to Song dynasty,and bigarade became one of the main plant source of Zhishi and Zhike in Song dynasty. In the researches of their divisions, they suggested that Zhishi and Zhike were came from the same source.They considered the difference of them is whether they have nucleus before Song dynasty,and the difference of them lies in the size and the time of the harvest time.The reason why they became two kinds of medicinal materials and the distinguish standard got changes is studied by no one.The textual researches of varieties and medicine materials were developed through literature materia.There is few researches which were associated with clinical application.There is a popular belief that the earliest record of clinical application of Zhike appeared in Lei'sTreatiseonPreparingDrugs in Southern-northern dynasty.But there is no application records in the large recipe books such as Beijiqianjinyaofang,Waitaomiyao and so on.So there is necessary to make a system research about Zhike by combining materia and recipe books.In addition, the varieties changes of Zhishi and Zhike also need be discussed because the changes may have affected their function.二,the purpose and meaning of choosing this topicZhike is a new drug is separated from Zhishi.The reason why they were separated was studied by no one through textual materia. The influences of the separating in effect aspects.So it is necessary to recognize the differences between two varieties and their function evolution in the text.We also should discussed the medicinal material characters and functions in the two varieties.This research had certain guiding significance in the clinical practice and the development of drug in this two kinds drugs.三,Research content and the target expected to reach In this paper I made a research of three aspects: In the first aspect, I research their breed evolution overall and systemati and detailedly consulted the varieties source and the medicinal material characteristics of Zhishi and Zhike in different times. In the second aspect, I made a detailed discussion about their function evolution through the past dynasties materia books and recipe books, and investigated the function condition of Zhishi in this time around when Zhike was separated from Zhishi.In the third aspect, I discussed the relation between Zhishi and Zhike in the changes of the varieties, the medicinal material characteristics and the functions through the textual research in the evolutions of their varieties,medicinal material characteristics and clinical functions.I strived to find the influence of function which was made by the the varieties, the medicinal material characteristics and the root causes why Zhike was separated from Zhishi.
