The discipline of Qiang's medicine is an accumulation of the experiences in clinical practice throughout Qiang's history, duing to Qiang's enduring efforts and explorations in the fight with illness and diseases. Qiang's medicine is a system of medical theory with distinctive local characteristics, and has been widely applied in Qiang's clinical practice till today. The study of Qiang, neither in culture home nor abroad, is too far shallow, so as to, the achievement of Qiang's medicine is much insufficient. Qiang Medicine edited by Dr. Zhang Yi is the rarely monograph as a collection of Qiang's medical system.Suffering from the Wenchuan Earthquake in 2008, the affected area of whole country is more than 13 million square kilometers, and the hardest hit area is 65,000 square kilometers. Among these most hard-hit district, the prefecture of Wenchuan, Mao, Li and Beichuan is in the distribution of more than 90% share of the Qiang population.According to Ministry of Civil Affairs issued, the number of affected people which calculated by Qiang's proportion of the total population, one to the worst-hit Wenchuan, Mao, Beichuan, about three compatriots have killed 1.6 million of the Qiang, which obtaining 8% of the total population of Qiang. This thesis studied based on the fieldwork into the post-earthquake Qiang area in Sichuan, intending to lay a foundation for the establishment of the protective system of Qiang's medical culture.Fritillaria. is in the family Liliaceae, which used as a medicine with it's dry bulb of various species. It was firstly recorded in Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica, ranked middle grade, whose function is regarded as clearing heat, moistening lung, eliminating sputum and stopping cough. The study of pharmacology of F. cirrhosa in China is focus on the study of respiratory system. It has been reported in international literature that the new compound separate from the alkaloid of F. L. has the inhibitory activity of Acetylcholinesterase. construct the experiment methods of in-vitro screening of the inhibitory activity of acetylcholinesterase of F. cirrhosa, so as to offering the reference for developing the new drug effects of F.cirrhosa.Method:1. By taking the multidisciplinary approach of medical anthropology, ethnopharmacology, statistics, etc., to investigate and assess the current situation of Qiang's culture of traditional medicine.2. Using the TLC-bioautography, identify, also screening, the enzyme inhibitory activity of the alkaloid of F. cirrhosa. Adopting the classic Ellman method, applying a microplate, assay the enzyme inhibitory activity of the alkaloid of F. cirrhosa.Results:1. The key persons interviewed during investigation include 21 Qiang doctors,10 Qiang Shibi and 11 representatives from other fields. The results reflect the current culture of Qiang area in Sichuan in various aspects.2. Qiang's medical culture is facing with great loss. This difficult situation is reflected in the various aspects of the ethnic cultural inheritance.3. There's a number of remakable spots shown on the thin-layer. Thus there might be much constituents have involved in the acetylcholinesterase inhibitory effect of F. cirrhosa.Different batches of F. cirrhosa. which are assessed by Ellman's method have all shown a weak inhibitory efficiency. The monomeric compound in the active constituents Peimisine and Peiminine's IC50 are separately 0.19 mM and 0.30 mM.Conclusion:1. Geography, religion and other objective factors have an affect on the formation of Qiang's medical history. The protection of Qiang's medical culture should have assumed the guide of ethnic-point of view, in order to maintain the integrity of ethnic cultural environment, preventing undue interference from the outside which brought the traditional culture an irreversible damage;2. The development and application of Qiang medicine can't be done without the help of modern science and technology. To analyze the chemical constitution and research into the pharmacology and pharmacodynamics are the best approve of traditional medicine. Meanwhile, focusing on developing the market value and social benefits of the medicine, so that a healthy Qiang's medicine market could be established in the awareness operation mechanism.3. This thesis has constructed the experiment methods of in vitro screening of the inhibitory activity of acetylcholinesterase of F. cirrhosa., providing certain basis for the systematic research of F. crrrhosa..The using of microplate has solved the assessing problems of no UV absorption in most alkaloids in F. cirrhosa., providing a new way to complete the quality standard of F. Cirrhosa.
