The thesis includes two chapters:Chapters 1 cover bioactive constituents of two specie of Laggera pterodonta (DC) Benth. In the last chapter, the research progress of Laggera pterodonta (DC) Benth was reviewed.It's Widely distributed in yunnan, sichuan, etc, with all the grass medicine has antibacterial diminish inflammation, qingrejiedu and antitumor activity and so on. In the folk its water decoction treat angina, tonsillitis, bronchitis, malaria, etc. The plant extract has expectoranting action, on experimental acute bronchitis effective, recorded in《The dictionary of Chinese medicine》. Antitumor activity experiments show that the plant extract on acute lymphocytic leukemia, acute myelocytic leukemia and acute mononuclear cell type of leukemia patients blood dehydrogenase has strong inhibition. In search of the anticancer activity of target compounds, this subject is a system study on the chemical constituents of Laggera pterodonta.Because the Laggera pterodonta contains a lot of sesquiterpenoids as polyurethanes type of aldehydes,ketones and acid, in order to seek from dimer or polymer sesquiterpenoids and its anti-inflammatory active ingredient, this paper is Laggera pterodonta ethyl acetate parts and n-buoh parts of the system research, From the above one plant,totally 55 compounds were isolated by the various chromatographies over silica gel column, reverse phase column(RP-18), Sephadex LH-20, VLC and so on.We identify the structure of the 20 compounds by the modern spectral analysis, Among them there are 5 new compounds.They are Laggera pterodonta-1,Lagger a pterodonta-2,Laggera pterodonta-3,Laggera pterodonta-4, Laggera pterodonta-5.On the basis of chemical evidences and extensive spectroscopic methods, including one-dimensional and two-dimesional NMR, the structures of the compounds were established. The types of these compounds include flavones and sesquiterpenoids.The topic for the final reveal the material basis for efficacy of Laggera pterodonta, and laid the foundation for further development and utilization.
