According to Aconitum carmichaeli's thin-layer chromatography method in t-he Chinese (edition 2010),using three monoester-aconitum alkaloids to distinguish di-fferent area samples and sham's thin-layer chromatography.Different area samples ha-ve the same spot in thin-layer chromatography,Sichuan jiangyou sample's spot is obv-ious,Yunnan sanple's spot is smaller which reflect the different of composition. The sham has no spot in the same place of reference substance,which can be a method to identity it is true or not.4. The text using EDTA titration and argentometry to determine the residual con-tent of danba for the first time, testing the content of water,total ash,acid insoluble ash and diester-aconitum alkaloids according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (edition 2010).Result indicate that the residual content of danba in the 50 batchs is from 0.64 %to 23.45%,the average content of handanpian is 5 times than the qingshuipian,the highest reach at] 1 times:there are 19 batchs'content of water more than the current Pharmacopoeia standard (15%),the highest is 26.77%,the highest content of total ash is 22.59%,the lowest is 1.50%,the average is 8.23%;the highest acid insoluble ash is 1.69%,the lowest is 0.01%,the average is 0.18%;there are 12 batchs'content of diester -aconitum alkaloids more than the current Pharmacopoeia standard (0.020%),the highest is 0.111%.5. Established the method of Aconitum carmichaeli's extract by alcohol solub-ility, using 85% alcohol as solvent and hot dipping method.Result indicate that the hi-ghest is 35.98% and the lowest is 0.82% in 27 batchs of heishunpian; the highest is 26.11% and the lowest is 0.24% in 23 batchs of baifupian.6. According to Aconitum carmichaeli's HPLC method in the Chinese (edition 2010),testing the monoester-aconitum alkaloids content of 50 samples.Result indicate that there are 44 batchs accord with the current Pharmacopoeia standard,the highest is 0.124%,the average is 0.030%; there are 6 batchs behind the Pharmacopoeia standard (0.010%),heishunpian has 4 batchs,baifupian has 2 batchs;the lowest is 0.004%。7. This text using SPSS statistical software to analyze the correlation of danba a-nd test result for the first time.Result indicate that the content of water has great cor-relation with the content of danba;the content of total ash has highly great correlation with the content of danba;the content of acid insoluble ash has no correlation with the content of danba;the content of monoester and diester -aconitum alkaloids has no cor-relation with the content of danba.
