The Clinical Research About The Therapy Of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder From Heart, Liver And Kidney

Objective:To explore ADHD from the heart, liver, kidney diagnosis and treatment from the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, And the clinical features and therapeutic response was observed from the heart, liver, kidney effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods:The first part based on the basic theory of TCM,Through the literature review and summarize the clinical experience of Professor Hu Tiancheng,With the help of my tutor-Professor Feng Tianming, combined with physiological and pathological features of children, I To expatiate on ADHD in different aspects, such as the etiology and pathogenesis, lesions of the zang-fu organs, and clinical disease Treatment. discussing treatment about ADHD from heart, liver, kidney. and observing the clinical effectiveness of treating the disease from the heart, liver, kidney Differential Treatment.The second part,30 cases with ADHD were observed by Differential Treatment from the heart, liver kidney, and the results were analysized from the statistical view.Results:The 30 cases with ADHD got a better result treating by Differential Treatment from the heart, liver kidney.16.7% clinical control rate,36.7% excellent rate,33.3% effective rate, and 13.3% no-effctiveness rate, the total effective rate was 86.7%.Conclusion:the therapy of ADHD from heart, liver and kidney was feasible and effective. Further expand the sample size should be conducted randomized controlled study.
