| Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of combined Fuyu decoction, Blue & Red light for gastrointestinal acne vulgaris.Methods:61 patients with gastrointestinal acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups.31 cases in treatment group, were treated by TCM (combined Fuyu decoction, Blue & Red light). Other 30 cases in control group, were treated by modern medicine (Azithromycin Dispersible Tablets, Adapalin Gel). Contrast the clinical effect and adverse effect of treating and control groups.Result:Significant difference was shown between two groups in total therapeutic effect (P<0.O5). The total therapeutic effect of treatment group was superior to control group with the ratio 90.33%,83.34% respectively. There were significant differences between two groups in therapeutic effect of skin lesion (P<0.05). The therapeutic effect of skin lesion in treatment group was superior to control group with the ratio 90.32%,80.00% respectively.Conclusion:The results of evaluation proved that the clinical effect of combined Fuyu decoction, Blue & Red Light treatment is superior to modern medicine. It has a definite effect in treating gastrointestinal acne vulgaris without obvious adverse effect.Combined Fuyu decoction, Blue & Red Light treatment deserves the further development and clinical application in gastrointestinal acne vulgaris cure. |
