Nanomaterials, mesoporous and porous materials were of great interests because of their special physico-chemical properties which attributes the to success their special structure. The innovation of M41 S mesoporous materials in 1992 caused extensive scientific research about novel porous and mesoporous materials, and synthesis and applications of nano and mesoporous materials will be research foucs in material field in the future. As the main inorganic component of the bone, hydroxyapatite has good bioactivity and biocompatibility. And it is nonpoisonous, so it was mainly used to replace or repair hard tissues, and it can also be used delivery of the drugs and cells.In this thesis, the definition and classification of biomaterial, and research status about hydroxyapatite and other phosphate materials at home and abroad were introduced briefly. The studies of immobilized enzyme and antibacterial materials at home and abroad were also analyzed.Our research content includes the followings:(1) Preparation and property of hydroxyapatite ceramics material (chapter 2)In this thesis, hydroxyapatite which were using yeast cells as template as raw materials, and some added binder were molding by powder molding machine. After that, hydroxyapatite ceramics material were obtained through calcined at different temperature.(2) Preparation and immobilized enzyme property of porous hydroxyapatite ceramics material (chapter 3)In this thesis, porous hydroxyapatite ceramics material were prepared by using the preparation methods of traditional ceramic, and using yeast cells as template as raw materials. After that, the studies of immobilized enzyme property of porous hydroxyapatite ceramics material were analyzed.(3) Immobilized enzyme and antibacterial properties mesoporous phosphate materials by using microbial cells as template (chapter 4)In this thesis, immobilized enzymes and inhibition experiments of mesoporous phosphate materials were performed, measured enzyme activity ofα-amylase by method of iodine elimination color, and analyzed immobilized enzyme and antibacterial properties of mesoporous phosphate materials.(4) Synthesis and properties characterization of scholzite and zinc phosphate nanomaterials with yeast cell as a template (chapter 5)(5) Preparation of hydroxyapatite/sodium alginate composite materials (chapter 6)We have analyzed properties and applications of bio-template mesoporous phosphate nanomaterial. The experimental test results show that the obtained mesoporous materias by bio-tempates possess good adsorption properties, immobilized enzyme properties and antibacterial properties. Which have important applications in the fields of environmental sciences, life sciences.
