Nanotechnology is to research the movement rules and interactions of the system with dimensions in 1 ~ 100 nm, and how it realizes its unique and intelligence functions in the applications. Colloidal gold immunochroma- tography assay (GICA)is a solid detection technology which combines the labeling technology of colloidal gold and immunodetection technology with chromatography. Its advantages include rapid, sensitive, safe and cheap etc. The early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer is a necessary method to increase the survival rate and decrease the death rate. The discovery of tumor markers supplies possibility for the early detection of cancer. The detection of tumor markers has become an important method for early diagnosis and looking for tumors. But we haven't found the marker which has high sensitivity and specificity to various lung cancer so far. So the joint detection of multiple markers is applied widely at present. And the detection of tumor markers is developing for quantification. In this article, it realized the joint and quantitative detection of NSE and CEA utilizing the GICA. (1) Prepared the quantitative detection card for NSE based on GICA. Groped about for the conditions of preparing colloidal gold and immmunogold, the formula of the diluent for immmunogold and the concentration of the antibodies on T and C lines. Realizd the quantitative detection of NSE in standard solution. The result showed that the detection card has high sensitivity and the lowest detection concentration is 5ng/mL, and it presents good linear relation in the rang of 5-500ng/mL. R2 =0.9817, and has well repeatability.(2) Prepared the joint and quantitative detection card for NSE and CEA based on GICA. It showed that there isn't cross reaction between NSE and CEA in the qualitative experiment,indicating its high specificity. And the detection sensitivity are 5ng/mL and 3ng/mL for NSE and CEA respectively. And the two both have good linear relation (R2NSE=09819,R2CEA=0.9831) , and the repeatability are both very well too. It has very good experimental value and medical application value.
