| Object: To detect axillary sentinel lymph node (SLN) by contrast- enhanced ultrasonography after intradermal injection of microbubbles ,to investigate the image of ultrasonic contrast and determine the display of SLN and if the SLN can reflect the axillary to patients with breast cancer before surgery.Methods: 30 patients with breast cancer were examined the tumor and axillary using gray-scale sonography and decided where the SLN could exist. All patients were injected subcutaneously four sides of the tumor(12,3,6,9 place) with the microbubbles of SonoVue 1.0 ml and were massaged for 5 minitues. Considered those nodes as SLNs when lymph channels to first LN appeared after the contrast agent injection,recorded the shape,size,number and location,the skin directly above it was marked with a pen.When surgery,to dissect the SLN which had been marked and other LNs in axillary before ALND and send them to pathology.After the surgery ,followed up the pathology diagnosis of SLN and other LNs and compared the coincidence of them.Considered it the masculine result When one of SLNs had a metastasis in a patient.Results:In all patients,28 patients CEUS-detected SLNS were well detected and the SLNs were 37.In 5,10,15mins,there were 24,27and 28 patients'SLNs were well detected ,and the accurate rate were 80%,90% and 93%.SLNs and other LNs detected were compared after surgery by pathologic diagnosis ,27 patients'SLN could reveal the whole axillary,The accurate rate was 96% and SLN could well display the whole axillary.Conclusions (1)The LNs and lymph channels can be identified correctly by injecting SonoVue subcutaneouslyl using gray-scale sonography. (2) Ultrasonic contrast can detect the SLNs by lymph channels visualization .(3) SLN can reflect the whole axillary,it is true SLN detected by ultrasound contrast.(4) Using ultrasound contrast agents injected subcustaneously can well detect SLN and it may be good for the clinical practical and help choosing the sytle of sugery.
