| Objective:To analysisi the changes in the corneal and ocular higher-order aberrations for myopic eyes,and observe the influences of the degree of myopic,astigmatism and operation method in higher-order aberrations.Methods:Patients who want to accept myopic surgery were selected two hundred and twenty-six cases(532 eyes) of myopia and astigmatism were enrolled and presented into three groups.Results:There were mainly the 3rd order and 4th order aberrations in the corneal and ocular higher-order aberrations. coma aberration and spherical aberration were elevated with significant difference.Conclusion:The RMS of aberrations decreased gradually with the order increasing.Negative correlations were found between coma aberration,spherical aberration and the degree of myopic. LASEK incluced change of higher-order aberrations was smaller than LASEK incluced. |
