Objective:To evaluate the characterization of porous fluorphlogopite/fluorapatite fillers and composite resins, analyze the effect of different components and different contents to the polymerization shrinkage properties of light-cured composite resins. To provide theoretical basis for developing new composite resin. Methods:Preparation fluorphlogopite/fluorapatite glass-ceramics fillers by melting method with two-step heat treatment. Then mixed fillers in the resin matrix, studied the characterization of fillers and composite resins by using scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope,X—ray diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared reflection(FTIR),specific surface area and pore size analyzer; Furthermore, measured polymerization shrinkage by using Acuvol, analyzed the effect to the polymerization shrinkage properties of composite resins between dense and porous fillers, among different components and different contents.Result:1. The X—ray diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared reflection(FTIR),specific surface area and pore size analyzer, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope show that:the glass-ceramics materials containing Ca-fluorphlogopite and fluorapatite as the main crystalline phases; there are different sizes and connected three-dimensional pore structure, most of pore structure filled with bulk resin matrix; 2. The polymerization shrinkage of porous fillers is smaller than dense ones(P<0.05); 3. With the increasement of fillers, as the mass fraction of fillers from 60%,65% to 70%, the polymerization shrinkage of composite resin declined (P<0.05); 4. With the decreasement of the fluorapatite elements content in the raw glass, the polymerization shrinkage of composite resin declined from the group of F5 to F9(except of the group of F6 70%), and then, F10 increased; What is more, the polymerization shrinkage of groups of F6 70% and F9 70% is smaller (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. The fluorphlogopite/fluorapatite glass-ceramics fillers can be prepared by melting method with two-step heat treatment; 2. The polymerization shrinkage of composite resin declined because of the connected three-dimensional pore structure; 3. With the increasement of fillers, the polymerization shrinkage of composite resin declined; 4. With the decreasement of the fluorapatite elements content in the raw glass, the polymerization shrinkage of composite resin declined, and then increased in the group without fluorapatite.
