Study Of The Implementation Status On Secondary Prevention Of Coronary Heart Disease Patients In Changsha

Objective The aim of this study is to learn the level of understanding, participation efforts and influencing factors of the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease in patients with coronary heart disease in Changsha, so can provide theory reference to establish intervention models.Methods This study is describing and relative research.650 patients with coronary heart disease of The second Xiangya hospital of Central South University,The Xiangya hospital of Central South University,The hospital of Hunan Provincial People,The Central hospital of Changsha City,The First hospital of Changsha City,The Fourth hospital of Changsha City,The community of Sanzhen,The community of Wangyuehu are picked randomly out. To data were collected by a self-designed questionnaire. It includes the patients' general information and the current situation of patients with coronary heart disease and the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease. Describing analysis, X2 test, and multi-factor Logistic regression are adopted to analyze data with SPSS 13.0 statistical software.Results The awareness of secondary prevention of coronary heart disease is in moderate level in Changsha City. The mean ratio of medication of the patients with coronary heart disease is 92.77%. The ratio of medication of the patients with coronary heart disease is correlative with the patients'gender, age, marital status,education degree, monthly per capita income, medical fee payment style, residential status, time since diagnosis, number of cares.Conclusion The awareness of secondary prevention of coronary heart disease can't be optimistic. The medication compliance of patients is low. The study suggests:The status of implementation of secondary prevention of coronary heart disease is worrying. The medical staff should pay attention to secondary prevention of coronary heart disease status,develop targeted interventions to improve the measures and systems solutions, and to evaluate the rational and suatainable development, thereby promoting the guide to cardiovascular disease in clinical practice implemented to further enhance the level of medical services.
