Study On Difference Among The TCM Syndrome Of Chronic Heart Failure In Terms Of Cardiac Index And Left Ventricular Mass Index

Objective:To evaluate the relationship between the syndrome type of Chronic heart failure and the cardiac index, left ventricular quality. Method:97 patients were take parts in syndrome differentiations. According to the patient's height, weight and echocardio-graphy parameters, calculation of CI, LVMI values, using ANOVA statistical analysis to explore the CHF syndromes and CI, LVMI each other. Results:1.Chronic heart failure syndromes in the frequency distribution of men and women, the age distribution does not exist significant differences (P>0.05).2. In the leading cause of chronic heart failure, the traditional Chinese medicine was not statistically different between the different syn-dromes. However, a cause of the card type frequency distribution differences(P>0.05). Between CI and LVMI has the inverse correlation, With the continuing process of cardiac remodeling, The heart function assumes carries on the aggravation.
