The Analysis Of Prognostie Factors Of Diffuse Large B-cell LymPhoma

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the patients'prognosis and the clinical pathological chracteristics of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).Mater-ials and methods:Eighty-seven cases of DLBCLtreated between 2006 and 2010 en-tered this study we can set up follow up data,record every patient's age,gender,clin-ical staging,tumor site excluding lymphoid nodule or not,with B symptom or not,p-hysical state score,LDH level,international prognostic index(IPI),overall surviva(OS), to analyse the final data by SPSS 17.0 sofeware,and bear out the conclusion.explore the prognostic factors of diffuse large B-cell through the chi-square test,COX regr-ession,the Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and Log-rank observing the prognosis.Res-ults:Simple analysis showed that age,Ann Arbor stage,IPI score,the expression of Bcl-2 and Ki-67 protein, non-GCB were prognostic factors of DLBCL.Multivariate analysis showed that Ann Arbor stage,IPI score,the expression of Ki-67 proteinand non-GCB were independent prognostic factors of DLBCL.Conclusion:Prognosis of d-ffuse large B-cell lymphoma had related with clinic stages,IPI stage,Ki-67,Ann Arb or stage,germinal center B-cell-like,but IPI score,Ann Arbor stage,the expression of Ki-67 protein,the germinal center B-cell-like were independent prognostic factors of DLBCL,and Bcl-6 in the diffuse large B-cell in common with high expression,but f-urther study would be done.
