The Analysis About Blood Metal Elements Of Parkinson Disease In Hetian Xinjiang Uygur

Objective:By analyzing the relationship between blood metal elements and Parkinson disease(PD) in Hetian Xinjiang Uygur,we want to give evidence to the relevance between PD and metals.Methods:We choose 50 Uygar PD patientes as cases, and 50 healthy Uygur whose age,sex matched with the patients in the locality.We measure their blood seven metal elements(Pb,Gd,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn)without breakfast, using SPSS 17.0 statistical software to do homogeneity of variance test and t-test.Outcome:The cases and controls'blood metal elements are all in the conferent level except Ca.The blood Ca level of PD cases is(1.44±0.24)mmol/l,and the level of controls is (1.45±0.17)mmol/l,they are all below the average level.The PD cases'blood Fe level (11.22±1.26mmol/l) is higher than controls (10.80±1.42mmol/l); the PD cases'blood Zn level (120.05±23.08μmol/l) is higher than controls (113.28±21.06μmol/l); the PD cases' blood Pb level (41.07±16.78μg/l) is higher than controls (36.30±18.39μg/l); the PD cases' blood Cd level (0.47±0.87μg/l) is higher than controls (0.39±0.86μg/l); the PD cases' blood Mg level (1.90±0.28mmol/l) is lower than controls (1.91±0.35mmol/l); the PD cases'blood Cu level (24.52±4.07μmol/l) is lower than controls (25.34±3.49μmol/l).The differences between seven metals of two groups are all not with statiscal effects (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Analyzing the blood metal elements of Uygur PD patients in Hetian Xinjiang,we do not find relevance between PD and heavy metals there.
