ObjectiveTo observe blood glucose, blood lipids, body mass index and quality of life of type 2 diabetes in community through long-term regular individualized exercise prescription.MethodsUsing simple random sampling, 158 type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into experimental and control groups according to diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria in 4 community of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. Measure blood glucose,blood lipids, body mass index and the quality of life of type 2 diabetes.Two groups were going on to be given strict diet, drug control. Experimental group received individual exercise prescription with APIE (Assessment-Plan-Implementation-Evaluation) method related to question, misunderstanding and knowledge requirement. Blood glucose,blood lipids, body mass index and the quality of life of type 2 diabetes were observed after 6 months.T test with quantitative data,α=0.05.SPSS13.0 software processing data entry, P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results1,Blood glucose, blood lipids, body mass index changed before and after implementing individual exercise prescription:6 months after intervention, experimental group of type 2 diabetes changes in blood glucose:fasting plasma glucose(FPG), postprandial 2h plasma glucose(2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) were lower than the same period before intervention and the level of control group (P<0.01);changes in blood lipids:triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC) decreased compared with before intervention(P<0.05);body mass index(BMI) were lower than the same period before intervention(P<0.05).2,Adjusted Diabetes Quality of Life Measure(A-DQOL) score results changed before and after implementing individual exercise prescription:6 months after intervention, experimental group of type 2 diabetes changes in A-DQOL score: satisfaction increased(P<0.01), affects lowerd(P<0.01),anxiety levels decreased (P<0.05).Conclusions1,Individual exercise prescription can improve blood glucose, blood lipids, body mass index of type 2 diabetes.2,Individual exercise prescription can improve quality of life.
