With the development of the society and medical science, people's living standard is also increasing, which results in not only a higher requirement for the medical level of hospital by the patients, but also a higher demand of the right to be awareness of the medical plan and cost. At present, how to deal with the strained doctor-patient relationship is a common issue for hospitals and society.On the basis of academic research results and the selected cases of patient communication which author encountered in practice, the paper tries to explore ways to resolve the patient conflicts from the point of patient communication in order to guarantee the legitimate interests of both doctors and patients.The paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter includes research purposes and methods of communication, the second chapter contains hospital introduction, industry back-ground, the case of communication between doctors and patients the author encountered in the process.The third chapter contains the theory of management communication and summaries the theory of human resource management, poor communication which contains hospital internal communication and the communication between paients and doctors is the main reason which caused the conflict in the hospital under the theories it shows that good doctor-patient communication is an effective way to eliminate all those contradictions.and the last chapter tries to build an effective mechanism of doctor-patient communication to alleviate the contradiction of doctor and patients.
