Objective:It can accumulate data for understanding the function of ERCC1 in the process of generation and development of non-small cell lung cancer, through studying the relationship between the gene protein expression of excision repair cross-complementation group1(ERCC1) and the diverse clinical pathology factors of non-small cell lung cancer.2.Through discussing the relationship between the gene protein expression of ERCC1 and the survival situation of patients with non-small cell lung cancer, we can reveal the importance of gene protein expression of ERCC1 to prognostic diagnosis on NSCLC.Method:Applying immunohistochemistry methods and RT-PCR method, respectively examine the gene protein expression of ERCC1, which belongs to specimen tissues, paracancerous tissues and lung benign diseases tissues of patients who has cut off NSCLC by surgical resection, and analyse the relationship between the gene protein expression of ERCC1 and clinical characteristics, pathological factors of NSCLC patients. Compare clinical characteristics, pathological factors and the gene protein expression of ERCC1 of NSCLC patients with prognosis of survival. Results:Through immunohistochemistry methods, the examination results show:the expression of ERCC1 of NSCLC tissues and paracancerous tissues presents the consistency, and the ERCC1 expression of NSCLC tissues and paracancerous tissues is higher than ERCC1 expression of normal lung tissue (P<0.05). The gene protein expression of ERCC1 relate to histological classification and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Using RT-PCR method, the examination results show:the expression of ERCC1 of NSCLC tissues and paracancerous tissues presents the consistency, and the ERCC1 expression of NSCLC tissues and paracancerous tissues is higher than ERCC1 expression of normal lung tissue (P<0.05). The gene protein expression of ERCC1 relate to histological classification and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).Conclusion:Through examining the expression of ERCC1 and 3-years prognosis of patients with NSCLC, it is showed that TNM staging, histological classification, lymph node metastasis and the expression of ERCC1 are the independent risk factors which affect the prognosis of patients with NSCLC...
