The Investigation And Influencing Factors Research Of Female Athletes' Pelvic Morphology And Childbirth

Aim:In this paper, the research object is to understand female athletes' morphological characteristics of pelvis with different individualsports'and its effect on childbirth; to discuss the possible relationship between female athletes'morphological changes of pelvis and sports training; to probe into the influencing factors of female athletes'delivery; to find effective measures of reducing dystocia, cesarean section rate; to provide scientific basis of promotiing female athletes'reproductive healththrough the current status study of female athletes'pelvic morphometry and delivery.Methods:The literature, interviews, questionnaires, experiments and mathematical statistics are used. In this study, pelvic morphological index of 220 female athletes in Henan have been measured, making horizontal comparison between the measured results and the average woman. The delivery status of 100 fertilized female athletes have been investigated, making comparison between the measured results and the average woman.Conclutions:1. Compared with the average woman, the pelvic morphology of female athletes groups were significantly different from teh average, for example, Pelvic is relatively narrow,flat and forerake, such changes may have more negative impact on delivery.2. Compared with the average woman, different sports are different in the pelvic types and it has the different impact on delivery.3. The sports have many years of Training, the external conjugate of pelvic have the trend of reduced, pelvic inclination have the trend of aggrandized, the reason need to be researched further.4. The size of athletes'pelvis have basically set from16 to 33 years, the pelvic diameters did not increase significantly with increasing height and age。Except external conjugate and intercristal transverse outlet, the rest of diamete rise with height; pelvic inclination will increase with height and weight.5. The Features of sports pelvi stype have some connection with genetic factors and selection of auditors, the increase of pelvic inclination have some connection with training.6. Female athletes have higher cesarean rate, the rate of dystocia and caesarean section in female athletes is much larger than the average woman, this maybe due tothe pelvic factors, or high body weight fetus.
