The acute toxicity and chronic toxicity of four successive generations of moin macrocopa that were exposed in DBP and TBTC concentrations was studied in laboratory condition for further understanding the influence and the successive toxicity of environmental hormonal substance of freshwater zooplankton and the dynamics influence of individual and population of freshwater cladoceras after the EH into the freshwater ecosystem. The moina macrocopa are exposed to 6 different mass concentrations of DBP and TBTC. The offspring are exposed to the same concentration to the generation P for four successive generations. It is the end when the generation F3 has been extinct. We record the survival rate, the body length and the number of reproduction of the M.macrocopa during the study. The results show that:(1) The toxicity of four successive generations of moina macrocopa that exposure in DBP and TBTC concentrations are significant. The toxicity of DBP to moina macrocopa is super virulent than it of TBTC. There are abnormal in all of evaluation indicator such as survival rate, the body length, breeding frequency and the number of reproduction of M.macrocopa to exposure in DBP and TBTC.(2) The toxicity of different generations of moina macrocopa that exposure in DBP concentrations are significant. In the generation P, the survival rate, body length, breeding frequency and the number of reproduction were all reduced. The toxicity of generation F1 and F2 that exposured in DBP concentrations are the most significant. The breeding of M.macrocopa in the concentration 4.2mg·L-1 and 0.0042mg·L-1 were stopped in the generation F1 and F2.(3) The toxicity of different generations of moina macrocopa that exposured in TBTC concentrations is significant. In the generation P,the survival rate, body length, breeding frequency and the number of reproduction were all reduced. The toxicity of M.macrocopa that exposure in TBTC concentrations in the generation Fl and F2 is the most significant. The breeding of M.macrocopa in the concentration 2μg·L-1 were stopped in the generation F2.(4) The interference of process in reproduction of M.macrocopa in DBP and TBTC concentrations are more significant than other measure gauge. The results can be helpful to understand the long-term toxicity and the law in environmental hormone substances on the growth and reproduction of Cladocera.
