| ObjectiveBase on clinical study, observe the effectof regulate menin treating the clnical symptoms, endometrial and to explore its mechanism, so that we can concluea treatment.MethodsSeleet 60 patients, and then divide them into two groups. Treat them with regulate menstrual cycle and zi shen yu tai wan respectively, took 3 menstrual cycles as a reatment course. Observe the effectbefore and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, premature, emdomential thickness, and so on.ResultsThe A group were treated and total effective rate was 93.33%,66.67% in the B group. The overall effect of the A group than the Bgroup (P<0.05).The symptoms of twogroups were obviously improved(P<0.05). After the treatment, the emdomential thickness of two groups were obviously improved(P<0.05), but there was no signifiean difference between two groups (p>0.05).ConclusionRegulate menstrual cycle and zi shen yu tai wan in treating hypomenorrheal can reeeive fine effect. They all can improve emdomential thickness, but the effect of regulate menstrual cycle is better than zi shen yu tai wan.
