The Pharmacognostic Quality Evaluation Of Musk

This research used raw as materials, and analysis the physical trait, infrared identification, GS-MS and content of muskiness ketone. Through comparison of experimental results of each test, find out the differences between the quality of muskiness ketone, got pharmacognosy estimate of it. Main results were as follow:Through moisture content analysis of 1 year,3 years,5 years,7 years and 9 years born we can have conclusion:moisture content of 3 years muskiness was lowest, for 51.28%,9 years and 1 year was highest, for 58.13% and 57.94% respectively; microscopic observations of each group was not obviously difference; got conclusion by physical method:the difference in appearance, color, texture, luster, smell of 5 groups of musk samples was not significant.Infrared spectrometry analysis showed that 5 groups of musk samples both had six peaks, all the samples had no peak in 1522-23 1967cm-1. After analysis 5 groups of musk samples' absorption peaks we know they had significant differences between any two sets. Therefore, we can use infrared spectroscopy method to identification years of musk.Through GC-MS determination active ingredient analysis of different of musk,the results indicate that:there were 13-15 compounds in 1 year,3years and 5 years musk samples, but there were just 5-7 compounds in individual 7 years,9 years samples.So the content of musk were decline with the growth of male musk, and the species of compounds were decline; the content of musk pharmacological activity component were decline with age,but there was no significant differences,and the change without regularity.By methylene chloride as extraction reagent, using GC-MS to determine the musk ketone. The results showed:musk ketone at different ages in male musk was significant differences.1-3 years in the birth of musk deer musk ketone content close pharmacopoeia of musk ketone content prescribed standard musk, even some significantly higher than standard,3 years of musk deer musk ketone had highest content musk, after 5 years the the content of musk ketone in musk was significantly decline and obviously lower than the standard content prescribed pharmacopoeia.Through the experimental results integrated comparative conclusions. Each index were excellent in 3years musk of 5 groups. The index of 7years and 9 years muskiness had poor medicinal value. So 1-3 years is the best musk output quality musk, after 5 years of age in musk fragrance quality declines.
