Objective: Explore the immune regulation with Astragalus polyose (APS) and Herba Moslae Volatile oils of lung-Qi with mice and In vitro antibacterial activity.Methods:1. Observed in mice by smoked for 20 days vital signs, a detailed record, respectively, the 1st day, the 5th days, the 10th days, the 15th days weight scales, statistics body mass index.2. Smoked after the 21st days, in addition to the blank the control group, model group smoked, the rest of the treatment groups were administered 7 days; take lung tissue weighing, measuring lung index; take thymus weighing, measuring thymus index; take spleen tissue weighing, measuring spleen index.3. The 27th days removal of the eye blood, ELISA Determination of mouse plasma IL-1α, IL-2 levels.4. Observation of Astragalus polyose (APS), Herba Moslae Volatile oils in vitro combination therapy against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pneumoniae antimicrobial effect.Results:1. Drug treatment for 7 days, three survey groups of low dosage, middle dosage and high dosage with the combination of Astragalus polyose and Herba Moslae Volatile oils, compared these three survey groups with model group, mouse lung qi deficiency symptoms significantly improved (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and showed a certain dose-effect relationship.2.The three survey groups of low dosage, middle dosage and high dosage with the combination of Astragalus polyose and Herba Moslae Volatile oils were significantly lower than the lung index of the model group (P<0.01 or P<0.05);with the positive control group showed no significant difference (P> 0.05).3. The three survey groups of low dosage, middle dosage and high dosage with the combination of Astragalus polyose and Herba Moslae Volatile oils were significantly higher than the thymus index of the model group (P<0.01 or P<0.05);with the positive control group showed no significant difference (P>0.05).4. The mouse spleen index lower That the model group of lung qi deficiency compared with the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.01);The low dosage, middle dosage and high dosage with the combination of Astragalus polyose and Volatile oils were significantly higher than the lung index of the model group (P<0.05). That can inhibit the smoke mouse spleen's deflation.5. The combination of Astragalus polyose and Herba Moslae Volatile oils of "Lung Qi" syndrome mouse plasma IL-1α, IL-2 has increased effect on the lung tissue. Showed that the combination of astragalus polyose and belamcandin of "Lung Qi" syndrome in mice with immune regulation.6. The combination of APS and Herba Moslae Volatile oils have the bacteriostasis for Staphylococcus aureu Staphylococcus Paeruginosa Streptococcus pneumoniae. Conclusion:the combination of APS and Herba Moslae Volatile oils of "Lung Qi Deficiency"syndrome mice have some immune function, can increase IL-1α, IL-2, to improve the mice, lung deficiency caused by respiratory weakness, slow movement, loose fur symptoms, improve due to smoke caused by inflammation of lung tissue in mice and can in vitro for Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pneumoniae, the antimicrobial effect.
