Purpose:Observation Sini San and Tong Xie Yao Fang Treatment of Diarrhea by spleen liver-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (Irritable bowel syndrome, IBS) of the clinical efficacy and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.Method:Selected patients with irritable bowel syndrome,50 cases, according to the order of treatment 25 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group of 25 patients. Combined treatment group were given Sini pain Diarrhea, intestinal Thailand mixture control group received a course of a course, course of disease 6 months after the end of follow-up, two groups were observed for efficacy and safety of observation.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group 88.0%, control group, 64.0% total efficiency, the x2 test, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The two groups after 6 months follow-up, treatment group 1 patient relapsed patients, the recurrence rate was 4.0%, 3 cases of recurrence of the control group, the recurrence rate was 12.0%, the x2 test, P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical trials have shown, Sini San and Tong Xie Yao Fang treatment of liver pain by Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in the spleen (IBS) patients with diarrhea can improve abdominal pain, bloating, stool frequency, stool, bowel urgency and other symptoms; Si Ni San and Tong Xie Yao Fang group was superior Changtai mixture group, drug toxicity was found during damage, Sini San and treatment of liver pain by Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, splenic safe, effective and worthy of further study...
