| Glycyrrhiza, a wildly used traditional Chinese medicine which contains glycyrrhetinic acid as main effective constituent, has the efficiency to coordinate the drugs of prescription.Glycyrrhetinic acid has the fuction of anti-inflammatory, anti-ulcer. In order to strengthen its therapeutic efficacy and reduce side effects, a series of its derivatives have been synthesized through modification to 3- hydroxyl,11-carbonyl and 30-carboxyl. Finally glycyrrhetinic acid methyl ester, glycyrrhetinic acid ethyl ester, 11-deoxyglycyrrhetinic acid, and 11-deoxyglycyrrhetinic acid methyl ester were obtained.11-deoxyglycyrrhetinic acid-3-O-cinnamic acid ester and 11-deoxyglycyrrhetinic acid methyl ester-3-O-cinnamic acid ester are still being prepared.Macroporous adsorption resin techniques, widely used in traditional Chinese medicine presciption, can be used to accumulate herb's effective constituents, reduce solids volume, improve effective component content, facilitate production, and improve drugs quality. This paper mainly researches the application of macroporous adsorption resin in bushenyishou capsule. Five medicinal meterials of this prescription co-decocted was conducted by macroporous adsorption resin for refinement. Flowing things have been completed,1. HPLC fingerprint method was set up to evaluate bushenyishou capsule, five medicinal meterials of this prescription and the co-decoction processed by macroporous adsorption resin.2. Through investigation of seven types of macroporous adsorption resin, the best one, Seplite LX-66, was chosen for refinement of this product.3. The experimental results show the optimized condition is that load samples is 2 times of the resin, which is eluted with 70% ethanol, and the sample can be loaded directly when it is hot for the sample temperature do not affect results. 4. Seventeen experiments results show the Seplite LX-66 macroporous adsorption resin is still in good condition. In order to investigate resin's aging and regeneration, further research work should be done. |
