| Objective: For a typical surface coating technology-plasma spraying of molybdenum powder, the strength and stiffness characteristics of the spraying nickel-chromium alloy were studied in depth, the exploration and prospects of nickel-chromium alloy with Plasma spraying of molybdenum powder were made also in this study. Methods:First, stretching and compression test was made of nickel chrome dumbbell sample to give the nickel chrome tensile, compression stress strain curve, yield strength and tensile strength, which were the most concerned mechanical properties of oral repair; Second, through bending test of nickel-chromium alloy substrate and spraying nickel-chromium alloy, the differences of the stiffness and strength characteristics for two kinds of alloy was compared, which give the load-deflection curves and obtain bending strength by statistical analysis; Third, bending test of the finite element numerical simulation study of nickel-chromium alloy substrate and spraying nickel-chromium alloy was made to give the differences of the stiffness and strength characteristics for two kinds of alloy, the results of theoretical analysis and experimental results are compared, which ultimately give the physical properties and parameters of Molybdenum powder spraying nickel-chromium alloy.Results:1 The yield strength of selected nickel-chromium alloy is about 205MPa, the structure will fail because of excessive deformation in case exceeding the value of material yield strength; the tensile strength of selected nickel-chromium alloy is about 360MPa, exceeding the value will lead to the damage of the structure. 2 The load-deflection curves of three nickel-chromium alloy substrate and there spraying nickel-chromium alloy were compared, corresponding to the same load 140N, the deflection of nickel-chromium alloy is 2.2mm, and the deflection of spraying nickel-chromium alloy is only 0.45mm.3 The load-deflection curves of nickel-chromium alloy substrate and spraying nickel-chromium alloy were compared by 3d finite element analysis, corresponding to the same load, the deflection of spraying nickel-chromium alloy is lower obviously than the deflection of nickel-chromium alloy.4 The bending strength of nickel-chromium alloy and spraying nickel-chromium alloy by bending test was used for statistical analysis. Two sets of data were normally distributed and the overall variance missing. According to the rank sum test, P = 0.0000 and P <0.01 was obtained and significant difference was found between the two groups of data.Conclusions:1 After the surface treatment, material strength and stiffness of Nickel-chromium alloy film has improved significantly, metal deformation resistance increased significantly, which particularly provide a good protection in the process of clinical treatment of oral dental work.2 The results of 3D finite element analysis shows that the strength and stiffness of Nickel-chromium alloy film has improved significantly, and the metal deformation resistance increased significantly.3 The difference of bending strength of nickel-chromium alloy and spraying nickel-chromium alloy is significant, which improved that the metal deformation resistance increased significantly for praying nickel-chromium alloy further. |
