Objective: To evaluate the correlative risk factors of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP).Methods: Retrospective study among 202 preterm infants hospitalized in Neonatal Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University with integrated data from March 2009 to March 2011. Screen the different factors between the two groups by mono-factor chi square test firstly, then multi-factors logistic regression to find the related factors. Results: There are 38 preterm infants developed ROP(18.81%). Gestational age, birth weight, duration of inspiring oxygen and hemoglobin are related to ROP.Conclusions: Little gestational age, low birth weight, inspiring oxygen for a long term and anaemia are the related risk factors of ROP, we should pay more attention to the perinatal care, prevent immature labor, use oxygen standardly, and retrieve anaemia promptly to decrease the incidence of ROP.
