ObjectivesThis study was to explore the differences of the basic situation of vaginal microflora between the group with High risk of sexual transmission HIV in women in Yunnan and health people, including the multiplicity of vaginal microbial flora, and the carrying rate of fungi, mycoplasma, HPV provide a theoretical basis for the Diagnosis and treatment of HIV. By measuring vaginal pH, collecting vaginal secretions to isolate and culture bacteria in order to analyse the differences of component of vaginal microflora between the two groups, in order to understand the condition of genital tract of the group with High risk of sexual transmission HIV, to better to provide a theoretical basis for implement the prevention and treatment interventions.Methods1. Collected the vaginal secretions on the vagina wall 1/3, and testing the pH of vaginal, and smearing for Gram stain with vaginal swab.2. Makes separately the vagina secretion specimen needs oxygen raise, the CO2 raise and the anaerobic culture hands-on appraisal, and detect the denseness, multiplicity of the vaginal bacteria colony, and see the distribution of the stains and the superiority fungus.3. During the isolated culture and appraise of the fungus to detect the carrier rate and the distributed situation.4. During the isolated culture and appraise of the Uu/Mh to detect the carrier rate.5. Selected the part of the samples extracted the DNA of HPV and detected the carrier rate.Results1. The pH of vaginal of the high risk population in HIV infection by sexual transmission is higher then health group, it maybe relate to the reduction of lactobacillus. There is no statistical significance between the two groups.2. The carrier rate of the lactobacillus of the high risk population in HIV infection by sexual transmission (22.5%) is lower than healthy group, and there is having statistical significance between the two groups (76.1%).χ2=52.386 P=0.000 < 0.05.There is no statistical significance between the two groups. The lactobacillus are in the ascendant in healthy group.Staphylococcus who have the whip hand in the high risk population in HIV infection by sexual transmission.3. The denseness of the vaginal bacteria colony is-without the germ asⅠ,Colony several 1~9 asⅡ,10~99 asⅢ,full with whole panel asⅣ-as the standard reference. Percent of crowding level of aerobe from the group with high risk of HIV:Ⅰlevel is 3.3%,ⅡLevel is 15%,ⅢLevel is 32.5%,ⅣLevel is 49.2%.healthy group:Ⅰlevel is 4.2%,ⅡLevel is 19.7%,ⅢLevel is 36.6%,ⅣLevel is 39.4%.(χ2=1.839\3.652, P> 0.05). Percent of crowding level of anaerobe from the group with high risk of HIV:Ⅰlevel is 0.83%,ⅡLevel is 10%,ⅢLevel is 15.8%,ⅣLevel is 73.3%.healthy group:Ⅰlevel is 1.4%,ⅡLevel is 9.9%,ⅢLevel is 26.8%,ⅣLevel is 61.9%.(χ2=3.652, P> 0.05). The denseness of the vaginal bacteria colony of the high risk population in HIV infection by sexual transmission is higher then health group, but there is no statistical significance between the two groups.4. The multiplicity of the vaginal bacteria colony is-without the germ asⅠ,Colony several 1-2 asⅡ,more then 3 asⅢ-as the standard reference. The percent of Diversity of bacteria from the group with high risk of HIV:Ⅰlevel is 55%,ⅡLevel is 45%,healthy group:Ⅰlevel is (70.4%),ⅡLevel is 29.6%,χ2=4.449 P=0.000< 0.05, The multiplicity of the vaginal bacteria colony of the high risk population in HIV infection by sexual transmission is higher then health group, and there is having statistical significance between the two groups.5. The carrier rate of the fungus of the high risk population in HIV infection by sexual transmission (35.1%) is higher then health group (22.5%),χ2=3.26, P>0.05. There is no statistical significance between the two groups.6. The carrier rate of the Uu/Mh of the high risk population in HIV infection by sexual transmission 74% is lower than healthy group(52.1%),(%2=9.818,P<0.05).and there is having statistical significance between the two groups.7. The carrier rate of HPV of the high risk population in HIV infection by sexual transmission is lower than healthy group, and there is having statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusions1. The pH of vaginal of the high risk population in HIV infection by sexual transmission is higher then health group. The carrier rate of the lactobacillus is lower than healthy group. The lactobacillus are in the ascendant in healthy group and the denseness and the multiplicity is higher then health group; The staphylococcus are in the ascendant in the high risk population in HIV infection by sexual transmission, but not the lactobacillus as the heath group. The above indicated that the vagina micro ecology of the high risk population in HIV infection by sexual transmission is unbalanced.2. The carrier rate of pathogen of the sexually transmitted disease, which conclude fungus,Uu/Mh and HPV,in HIV infection by sexual transmission is higher then health group. It is show that the carrier rate of pathogen of the sexually transmitted disease will heighten in the situation of vagina micro ecology unbalanced.
