Therapeutic Effect And Safety Observation On Type2 Diabetic Patients Of Poor Blood Glucose Control Treated By Added Sitagliptin

Objective Aim To observe the clinical effects and safety of hypoglycemic drugs combined with DPP-IV inhibitor(Sitagliptin) on type 2 diabetic patients.Methods 21 diabetic patients with poorly controlled plasma glucose by hypoglycemic drugs were enrolled and added with Sitagliptin.The levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hours postprandial glucose(2hPG),and hemoglobin Alc(HbAlc) were compared after treatment.Results FPG,2hPG and HbAlc reduced significantly after treatment of added with Sitagliptin, there's not obviously adverse effect happened.Conclusions It is more effective for type 2 diabetic patients combined with DPP-IV inhibitor to control plasma glucose.
