Objective:To discuss the efficacy and safety of Recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma patients treated with radiofrequency ablation(RFA).Methods:24 patients with 34 tumor masses were treated with RFA under percutaneous B ultrasonic guided. The therapeutic effects were compared with contrast enhanced ultrasound or contrast enhanced CT scanning three months after RFA AFP and complications.Results:34 tumor masses after RFA treatment, 30 were complete ablation (CA),4 were non-complete ablation (NCA),the rate of CA was 88.23%. The CA rate of masses(≤3cm)was 96%(24/25),of masses (3~5cm) was 66.67% and of masses (≥5cm) was 66.67%.12 of 24 patients'AFP rose preoperation,11 fell postoperation,1 in 11 became negativ, but there was 1 patient's AFP rose postoperation. All the patients have successfully treated without serious complications. Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma is safe and without serious complications, especially for the small lesions(≤3cm).
