Clinical Analysis Of Acute Traumatic Coagulopathy In The Patients Of Polytrauma

Objective:To explore the effection and prognosis of ATC patient.To study the relationship of trauma and coagulation changes.To study the polytrauma patient of ATC.Methods:Clinical data were analyzed Retrospectively in 113 polytrauma patients admitted to our hospital.according to physiological states, temperature,pH,patients were divided into 3 groups:shock and non-shock group,hypothermia and non-hypothermia group,the acidosis and non-acidosis group.We Compared death group and survival group,MODS and non-MODS group.Through life signs,disease outcome, clotting abnormalities and its influence,we implemented the correlation analysis.Results:Compared with the shock group,PT,APTT,TTwere prolonged,and the PLT of the non-shock group was obviously lower than the shock group.Compared with the hypothermia group,PT,APTT,TT were prolonged,and the PLT of the non-hypothermia group was obviously lower than the hypothermia group.Compared with the acidosis group, PT,APTT,TT were prolonged,and the PLT of the non-acidosis group was obviously lower than the acidosis group.Compared with the MODS group,PT,APTT,TT were prolonged,and the PLT of the non-MODS group was obviously lower than the MODS group.Compared with the death group,PT,APTT,TT were prolonged,and the PLT of the survival group was obviously lower than the death group.Conclusion: Abnormal blood coagulation indexes predict the development of polytrauma patients.ISS score and APACHEâ…¢score can predict blood coagulation status.blood examination and new equipment for diagnosis and treatment are important.
