Arthroscopy Similarly Hereinafter Kind Of Allograft Deep Freezing Tendon Single Bundle Of Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Knee Clinical Effect Assessment

Objective:Evaluate the role of arthroscopy similarly hereinafter kind of allograft deep freezing tendon single bundle (Anterior Medial Bundle,AMB) of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction knee of value of clinical application. Methods:From 2009.10 to2010.11, 25 cases were treated by arthroscopy similarly hereinafter kind of allograft deep freezing tendon single bundle (AMB) of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. 16 male and 9 female patients .The average age of the patients at surgery were 28.80years (ranged14 to 44 years).The time from suffering injuries to the operation was ranged from 5 days to 19 years. Result:25 cases were all followed up for 4～15 months ,the average time was 9.58months. They also filled the IKDC subjective knee evaluation form and Lysholm scale at the same time . There were significant diferences of preoperative and postoperative between Lysholm standards and IKDC standards (P<0.01). All of patients in postoperative appear different degree of limb muscle atrophy, and muscle drops. With the strengthening of functional exercise, muscles and muscle strength gradually to normal. Conclusion:For arthroscopy similarly hereinafter kind of allograft deep freezing tendon single bundle (AMB) of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction knee 25 cases of knee joint anterior cruciate ligament damageⅢlevel of patients with clinical observation, follow-up and analysis. We hold the opinion that arthroscopy similarly hereinafter kind of allograft deep freezing tendon single bundle (AMB) of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction knee with small trauma, intraoperatie bleeding can be less and early functional exercise etc, and the long-term clinical results were satisfactory, This is a good choice for the patients of anterior cruciate ligament damageⅢlevel.
