Objective1.To assess the quality of MRU on the merits of urinary tract imaging.2.MRU the diagnosis of urinary tract obstruction and surgery, pathology, clinical comparison of the effects after the treatment, evaluation of MRU in the position of the value of diagnosis.Methods1.71 patients with suspected urinary tract obstructive diseases were MRU examination, examination of the patients who were on each side of the urinary tract as an object of study, independent analysis and evaluation. All inspections were followed by MRI scan line, MRU water imaging, MRI doctors, respectively, by two physicians of high qualification MRU image quality assessment and diagnosis. Non-parametric rank sum test with two doctors on the results of comparison between groups observed.2.71 patients with suspected urinary tract obstruction in patients with MRU disease diagnosis and pathology, treatment control, analysis of urinary tract obstructive lesions MRU position and qualitative diagnosis.Results1.Image quality analysis: R1, 80 sides good observation group (56.3%); general 40 sides (28.2%); very poor with 22 sides (15.5% ); R2, 74 sides good observation group (52.1%); general 36 sides (25.4%); very poor with 32 sides (22.5% )。The non-parametric test of the chi-square test, X2 = 56.135, P value> 0.05, no significant statistical difference. The two MRI assessment of image quality physicians, are concentrated in the well (R1 accounted for 56.3%; R2 52.1%), general (R1 accounted for 28.2%; R25.4%), the difference is small. MRU can be intuitive that the overall image of the display picture of urinary tract can be three-dimensional imaging, urinary tract and renal parenchyma were observed, contribute to the observed urinary tract anatomy and obstructive lesions of the site.2. Image data analysis:MRU examination 71 patients were treated by surgical pathology or clinical confirmed, including urinary tract obstruction and dilation of which 58 cases were 12 cases of ureteral stones, ureteral inflammatory (tuberculosis) stenosis in 22 cases, 6 cases of primary ureteral carcinoma, 6 cases of metastatic carcinoma of the ureter, urinary 8 cases of congenital malformations, medical sources of 4 cases; MRU presence of obstructive lesions of the diagnosis of obstruction was 100%, the diagnosis of site of obstruction was 100%, obstructive lesions of the sensitivity of diagnosis was 83.6%, accuracy 83.6%.Conclusions1.MRU can be visually display the overall image of the urinary system picture, can be three-dimensional imaging, urinary tract and renal parenchyma were observed, contribute to the observed urinary tract anatomy and obstructive lesions of the site.2.For urinary tract obstructive diseases, MRU value of large, localization of obstructive lesions, diagnosis is high, can accurately determine the level and degree of obstruction of urinary tract obstruction and non-obstructive disease detection and some special signs of Information, has important clinical value.3.MRU is a reliable means of urinary examination without contrast agent, non-invasive, no radiation, with other imaging methods can not replace the advantages of an alternative to invasive examination, and as children, young people, pregnant women and IVP who can not tolerate the preferred method.
