Construction Of Medical Security System In Hainan Rural Area Research

HaiNan Province Committee and the government have been paying utmost attention to medical service of HaiNan rural area. In the dissertation it is analyzed of the theories and the practical problems in the field of rural medical Security of Hainan based on the operation. The aim is to provide a feasible proposal for the establishment of rural medical security system in HaiNan.The object is the rural medical security system in HaiNan. The theory is Welfare Economics. It is argued roundly of the current situation and major problems history of rural medical security system in Hai Nan starting with the background. It is proposed to improve rural medical security system in Hai Nan, which will include elaborate ideas on how to establish the four subsystems, namely, Primary Health Care System, New Rural Co-operative Medical System, Medical Assistance System and Supplementary Medical Insurance System. It is based on the current status of domestic rural area's medical security and of some developed countries, such as German, Japan and India.
