In the dissertation, for researching the problem of titanium alloys prosthesis's design and manufacturing, author comprehensive take advantage of sheet metal incremental forming technology, computer technology medical imaging, reverse engineering techniques and finite element simulation technology, propose a system program of designing and manufacturing personalized skull's titanium alloys prosthesis.The most direct and effective way of repairing the injury skull is to implement cranioplasty surgery. The key of repairing the injury skull to success lies in the quality of restoration, materials of repairing and production processes that affect the quality of restoration of the main factors. Good biocompatibility of titanium alloy materials, light and high strength, is an ideal material to repair. But titanium alloys's capable of plastic deformation is less, shaping difficulties, prepared by traditional methods is difficult to fit with the skull in patients with good results and good quality plastic prosthesis. This paper attempts to make use of sheet metal incremental forming technology or traditional methods to solve difficult modeling accuracy, manufacturing cycle or a long and costly problems.In this paper, three-dimensional reconstruction of the Mimics function, through the image segmentation and three-dimensional interpolation, the establishment of the skull of a prototype three-dimensional digital model; from reverse engineering the technology to determine the skull to repair the road surface design technique is proposed to be legitimate and direct image Combination of the surface design methods, the edge of prosthesis prototype with the skull surface fitting well, the skull on both sides of a high degree of symmetry; sheet incremental forming the basis of the technical requirements to produce a restoration of the processing track, designed to improve machining accuracy of the summary at the end of support model, the completion of the titanium alloy cranial prosthesis of digital processing; titanium prosthesis in order to verify the effectiveness of protection, rehabilitation of patients with cranial trauma again carried out Finite Element Analysis.
