The Clinical Efficacy Of FufangKushentang Washing With Treament On Tinea Pedis And The Mechanism Discussion On Its Effect Of Anti-dermatophytes

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of FufangKushentang washing with treatment on keratosis scaly type of tinea pedis, and to explore its mechanism.Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, namely, FufangKushentang united 2% ketoconazole group (A group) and 2% ketoconazole group (B group). To observe and compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after treatment , then to confirm the role of FufangKushentang against dermatophytes by the experimental study, and to make analysis and evaluation.Results: A group: total effective rate of 77.42%, cure rate of 61.29% , fungal clearance rate of 87.10%; B group: total effective rate of 65.52%, cure rate of 51.72%, fungal clearance rate of 86.21%. A group was better than B group by the Statistics (P <0.05).The MIC value of FufangKushentang aganist trichophyton rubrum is 7.5mg/ml, so FufangKushentang has strong antifungal activity.Conclusion: FufangKushentang washing with treatment on keratosis scaly type of tinea pedis has exact effect, less side effects,so it is worth promoting.
