Clinic Study On The Shengmai-Siwu Decoction In Treating Stable Angina Of Coronary Heart Disease With Syndrome Of Both Qi And Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Shengmai-Siwu Decoction treating stable angina of coronary heart disease with Syndrome of both Qi and Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis.Methods:Dividing 60 cases to two groups random: 30 cases take Shengmai-Siwu Decoction .30 cases take Yixinshu capsules respectively for 4 weeks.Results: After 4 weeks treatment, angina pectoris, experimental group that was 33.33%, total effective rate was 76.67%;control group, markedly effective rate was 16.67%, total effective rate was 50%. Medicine Clinical symptoms of the experimental group was markedly 33.33%, total effective rate was 83.33%;markedly effective rate was 13.33% in control group, the total effective rate was 53.33%. EKG, test group that was 26.67%, total effective rate was 57.67%;markedly effective rate was 13.33% in control group ,the total effective rate was 40.00% respectively.There were significant differences (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, experimental group after treatment, blood rheology were greatly improved(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions:Shengmai-Siwu Decoction has good curative effect on treating angina of coronary heart disease, can catabatic angina effectually, amend anoxemia on EKG, banish main symptom. At the same time, meliorate blood-rhelogy, modulate fat of blood, improve endothelium function. Bad effect has not token place.
