Clinical Application Study In Self-made ShengjiSan Treat Chronic Ulcer Of Skin

The study is funded from the Shandong Province TCM science and technology research projects of subject"Comparative study of clinical efficacy on treatment of young and middle-aged essential hypertension with regulating liver-spleen and adjusting qi(NO. 2007-020)".Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and the safety of Adjusting Liver Antihypertensive Granule in the treatment of young and middle-aged patients of Liver-qi depression syndrome in hypertension , and compared with Qing xuan antihypertensive pill.The Adjusting Liver Antihypertensive Granule is based on the treatment of soothing Liver to regulate Qi and activating blood circulation and dispel the stagnation. Methods: The clinical research choose 122 cases of young and middle-aged patients of Liver-qi depression syndrome in hypertension and randomly put them into the experiment group with 62 cases and the control group with 60 cases .Use Adjusting Liver Antihypertensive Granule to treat the experiment group while use Qing Xuan Antihypertensive Pill for the control group.4 weeks for a course. Blood pressure, symptom, blood lipid, GLU, hemorheology, liver and kidney function ,the conventional detections of blood, urine and stool and the Adverse Drug Reaction(ADR) in the two groups were observed before and after a course.Results: Experiment group was better than control group in ant hypertension. It could improve syndrome, correct metabolic disorder of blood lipid and GLU, and lower the level of blood viscosity. The liver and kidney function and the conventional detections of blood, urine and stool before and after the treatment were normal.Conclusions: Adjusting Liver Antihypertensive Granule has good effect in treating hypertensive hyperactivity of Liver-Yang syndrome。It is safe and reliable,and is worth clinical further researching and popularizing.
