Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of corneal wavefront-guided combining Q- value guided aspheric keratectomy excimer laser subepithelial keratomileusis (lasek) for high myopic of relative thin corneal (In generally, the central corneal thickness in patients≦ 500μm),through compare corneal wavefront-guided combining Q- value guided aspheric keratectomy excimer lasek for high myopic of relative thin corneal with Standard lasek ,and compare corneal wavefront-guided combining Q- value guided aspheric keratectomy excimer lasek for high myopic of relative thin corneal (In generally, the central corneal thickness in patients≦ 500μm)with corneal wavefront-guided combining Q- value guided aspheric keratectomy excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (lasik) for high myopic of relative thick corneal(In generally, the central corneal thickness in patients≧ 500μm).Methods Aspheric LASEK team:TO select 23 high myopic of relative thin corneal (42 eyes) for corneal wavefront-guided combining Q- value guided aspheric keratectomy excimer LASEK. Standard LASEK team:To select 21 high myopic of relative relative thin corneala(40eyes) for Standard LASEK Aspheric LASIK team:TO select 19 high myopic of thin corneal (37 eyes) for corneal wavefront-guided combining Q- value guided aspheric keratectomy excimer LASIK..RESEARCH 1:Compare Aspheric LASEK team and Standard LASEK team with after-operation uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) in 2weeks,1 month,3 months,6 months, and at 6 months after operation compare two teams Corneal topography, corneal wavefront aberration, visual contrast sensitivity and patient satisfaction survey. RESEARCH 2: Compare Aspheric LASEK team and Compare Aspheric LASIK team with after-operation UCVA in 2weeks 1 month,3 months,6 months, and at 6 months after operation compare two teams Corneal topography, corneal wavefront aberration, visual contrast sensitivity and patient satisfaction survey. Results RESEARCH 1: Aspheric LASEK team and Standard LASEK team after operation 2weeks,1month,3months,6months UCVA have't statistically significant. and e-SimK,Coma-like RMS,RMSg also have't statistically significant at 6 months after operation. However at 6 months after- operation Aspheric LASEK team spherical-like RMS,Qs,Qf,Visual contrast sensitivity with glare(3cpd,12cpd,18cpd),Visual contrast sensitivity without glare(3cpd),satisfaction rate better than Standard LASEK team ,and have statistically significant. RESEARCH 2: Aspheric LASEK team and Aspheric LASEK team after operation 2weeks,1month,3months,6months UCVA have't statistically significant. andComa-like RMS,spherical-like RMS,Visual contrast sensitivity without glare, satisfaction rate also have't statistically significant at 6 months after operation. However at 6 months after operation Aspheric LASEK team e-SimK,RMSg,Qs,Qf,Visual contrast sensitivity with glare(18cpd)is less than Aspheric LASIK team, and have statistically significant. Conclusion Aspheric LASEK,Standard LASEK for high myopic with relative thin corneal and Aspheric LASIK for high myopic with relative thick corneal ,all three modus operandi have good UCVA recover after operation and have a high safety, efficacy, predictability,.however Aspheric LASEK reduce spherical-like RMS,Qs,Qf increased, and reduce abnormal visual contrast sensitivity, bad nigh vision, dazzle .It's better to keep the cornea of the non-spherical. Comparison with Aspheric LASIK, Aspheric LASEK Relatively low requirements on the corneal, and have a Considerable effect. So for a relative thin corneal patient who cann't apply aspheric LASIK could have more another method to heal the refractive problem.
