Objective Through observing the alteration of Nitric Oxide in serum of burned rat intervened by sodium hydrogen sulfide to explore the impact of hydrogen sulfide to Nitric Oxide of burned rat. Methods 64 SD rats were randomly divided into burned group and intervention group (32 rats in each group); each group was then divided as pre-burn and 24h, 48h and 96h post-burn subgroup (8 rats in each subgroup); TBSA 30% of full thickness degree wound were scalded on the body of rats. To measure the volume of Nitric Oxide in the serum of rats in each group and statistically analyze the relevant data received. Results there is not statistic significance of Nitric Oxide volume between burned group and intervention group (t=1.822, P>0.05); the volume of Nitric Oxide in serum of rats increased both in burned group and intervention group post burn, there is statistic significance (t=14.58728.786, P<0.05). The volume of Nitric Oxide reached a peak value at the 24th hour post burn in two groups. Compared to the burned group, the volume of Nitric Oxide in intervention group was significantly lower, there is statistic significance (t=3.14424.762, P<0.05).Conclusion the volume of nitric oxide in the serum of rats was significantly decreased after initiating sodium hydrogen sulfide, it shows that hydrogen sulfide could change the volume of Nitric Oxide .
