Various diseases caused by thromboembolism have been serious harm to human health. For a long time, warfarin, heparin, aspirin and ferulic acid are the most important clinical anticoagulants. If the dose of warfarin and heparin were used improperly, it would cause some side effects and have a negative impact on the human body. Therefore, it is very important to find some high efficiency and low toxicity drugs by studying warfarin, heparin, and ferulic acid. Meanwhile, it can also provide some clinical theoretical basis for drug screening. The main content is shown as following:1. The physical and chemical properties of rare earth, warfarin, heparin, and ferulic acid were summarized. Although the four substances interfere with the mechanism of the coagulation system are different, they all have strong anti-clotting effect. Then the coagulation test methods and blood clotting mechanism were summarized. Finally, the four anticoagulant materials were considered the object of research.2. Cerium warfarin was prepared with jiaotianquan,s method. Then, the interaction of the cerium complex with Human Serum Albumin (HSA) was studied by using the technology of fluorescence spectroscopy and UV absorption. Binding constant and binding sites were also calculated. The result show the way of fluorescence quenching was static quenching, and the binding constant was close to 1, these data suggest that the Cerium warfarin and Human Serum Albumin can combined easily.3. Heparin hybrid materials were obtained by grafting reaction of heparin and modified metal oxides nanoparticles, which were synthesized by the reaction between the TDI,s NCO group and the hydroxyl group on the surface of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide nanoparticles. Then, the materials were characterized by infrared spectra, thermogravimetry, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), which confirmed that the heparin was grafted on the surface of nanoparticles. The result shows that heparin hybrid materials have nice anticoagulant action in related experiments.4. The complexes of (C10H9O4)3RE·3H2O were obtained by the reaction of ferulic acid with rare earth ions in ethanol solution by solvent-thermal method. The composition of (C10H9O4)3RE·3H2O was characterized by IR, UV—Vis, thermogravimetric and elemental analysis methods. Meanwhile, The anticoagulant experiments show that the complexes all have anticoagulant action as ferulic acid.
