With the development of life sciences, increasing concern is focused on humans themselves. The rapid development of computer technology changed this situation through the establishment of the mathematical quantitative models of organisms at all levels. It greatly promoted the life scientific research of human right. Myocardial cells electrophysiological simulation is a very important part of heart research.Myocardial cells electrophysiological models are the foundation of research on myocardial cells electrophysiological simulation. The traditional myocardial cells electrophysiological simulation system was developed by the programmer under the guidance of the professional electrophysiological researchers. The programmer implemented the simulation system manually. Because of the lack of the professional knowledge, the development of simulation system always failed. With the development of electrophysiology, more and more mathematical models were proposed, but it is difficult to apply these mathematical models to the simulation system accurately, which results to many inadequacies in traditional methods.In this dissertation, firstly, the traditional electrophysiological simulation process was analyzed. And through a variety of analysis and comparison, the mining of the inherent laws, the concept of myocardial cells electrophysiological simulation computing engine was proposed and the automatic generation system was complemented. Secondly, Automatic generation research on myocardial cells electrophysiological simulation is based on the universal expression of electrophysiological model. This automatic simulation process greatly simplifies the realization of electrophysiological simulation system, which guarantees that the process of electrophysiological simulation is consistent with the corresponding mathematical model. Finally, an automatic generation system of myocardial cells electrophysiological simulation computing engine is implemented, and a variety of electrophysiological simulation's results based on myocardial cells electrophysiological simulation computing engines show that the automatic process of myocardial cells electrophysiological simulation is accurate and effective.
