Objective to investigate infant urinary calculi and containing melamine, powdered milk and infant food, And the infant urinary calculi of constituents, sex, age groups between the incidence of urinary calculi have no difference in comparison.Methods Use of ultrasound technology screening 5848 cases 6 years stay free of charge containing melamine milk for infants and 225 cases breastfeeding incidence of urinary stones. Results As a result of breastfeeding group is not checked out urolithiasis,5670 cases of infant food sanlu milk powder, ultrasound examination found in urinary stones-positive subjects 763 patients, where men and women of 412 cases, 351 cases, occurred at 0-2 years of 458 cases,2 to 4 years of 292 cases,4 years of 13 cases; 2961 cases other milk powder food group, urinary stones-positive subjects 96 cases, men and 52 cases, female 44 cases, occurred at 0-2 years of 58 cases,2 to 4 years of 36 cases,4 years of 2 cases; in containing melamine in infant formula milk, food-all the time 1-6 months 3274 cases, urinary stones-positive subjects 87 cases (where consumption of sanlu milk powder by 76 cases, eating other milk powder and 11 cases); consumption of time 7-12 months 2544 cases, urinary stones-positive subjects 174 cases (where consumption of sanlu milk powder by 155 cases, eating other milk powder by 19 cases); edible 13-18 months to 1425 cases, urinary stones-positive subjects 260 cases (where consumption of sanlu milk powder by 231 cases, eating other milk powder and 29 cases); eating time over 19 months months 1398 cases, urinary stones-positive subjects 340 (where consumption of sanlu milk powder by 302 cases, eating other milk powder by 8 cases); breastfeeding groups are not checked out stones.Conclusion of infant containing melamine milk powder and urinary calculi occur with distinct relationships.And in infants with sex, edible time, different age groups between the incidence of urinary calculi are statistically compared.
