Clinical And Pathological Analysis Of 40 Cases With Lupus Nephritis

Systemic lupus erythematosus is autoimmune disease involed in variety of factors, clinically involved in renal.At present lupus nephritis has become the most common secondary glomerulonephritis,renal failure caused by the LN is SLE leading cause of death.The pathology of LN showed the diversity and variability. With the improvement of the biochemical techniques and the technologies of renal biopsy,the detection rate of lupus nephritis is higher than before, almost 50-80% of systemic lupus erythematosus may be involved in the kidney.Although the application of new immunosuppressive agents and other means of active treatment,there are still many patients entering end-stage renal failure.Objective To investigate the relationship between the pathological category and the clinical characteristics of Lupus nephritis.Method Analyze retrospectively the pathological category and clinical characteristics of lupus nephritis admitted to hospital from 1999 to 2009.Resultâ‘ The rate ofâ…¡,â…¢,â…£,â…¤,â…¥-type is respectively 22.5%,10%,37.5%,27.5 %,2.5%,the incidence rate of nephritic syndrome,nephrotic syndrome and renal dysfunction is 30%,45%,25%;â‘¡Skin and mucosal involved in is mainly II and III type,the rates is 66.7%,50%,the musculoskeletal involved inâ…¡,â…£,â…¤-type,the rates is 55.6%,33.3%,36.4%,blood system is mainly involved IV and V-type,the rates were 53.3%,36.4%,type IV is mainly involved in the nervous system,the rate is 20%;â‘¢Acute activity index and serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen values were positively correlated with acute renal dysfunction group activity index,cellular crescent,leukocyte infiltration and cell proliferation scores higher (P<0.05), ESR in IV-type decline fastest in complement.Conclusion:The pathological of LN closely related to clinical manifestations, including the damage of blood system and nervous system,and changes in renal function in LN patient may be an indirect response to the activities of LN,the condition is relatively heavy.Renal biopsy is important for clinical treatment.
