Studies On The Active Constituents Of Swertia Nervosa(G.Don) Wall. And Content Determination Of Two Bitter Secoiridoid Glycosides

Column chromatography (macroporous resin, silicon, polyamide) and pre-HPLC were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents. Two compounds were isolated and elucidated as selaginellin (1) and amentoflavone (2) on the basis of UV, IR, NMR (1D-NMR,2D-NMR), MS.The project established a HPLC-DAD method for rapid quantitative analysis of selaginellin and amentoflavone in selaginella medicinal materials. Systematic methodology study and determination results indicated that this method can be used easily, accurately and rapidly for determination with high sensitivity and reproducibility, that it is significant and exclusive to used selaginellin and amentoflavone as the standard of quality control, and that can promote the quality evalution and control of selaginella medicinal materials.
