Study On The Relationship Between APPL1 And Hepatocellular Carcinoma And The Mechanism

Objective:to explore the contribution of APPL1 in the occurrence and progression of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) and more about the mechanism.Methods:we got the tumor tissue and the vicinal tissue 2 cm away the mass in 13 patients with HCC, Real-time PCR and Western blot were applied to detect the difference of mRNA and protein expression of APPL1 between the two.Results:our research shows that the level of mRNA of APPL1 in the mass is higher than the normal tissue (p<0.05), while the APPL1 protein expression between the two has no statistic difference (p>0.05) The detailed mechanism needs further exploring.Conclusion:the level of transcription of APPL1 in the mass is higher than the vicinal tissue, while the level of translation of APPL1 between the two has no statistic difference.
